Analysis of text complexity based on reference indicators, built in accordance with the European Common Reference Framework for languages, to verify if a document is constructed in accordance with the requirements of Law no. 232/2022, in a language "easy to understand", which does not exceed the B2 level of European standards.
Documents that include consumer information must be easy to understand (according to Romanian law, which transposes a European standard).
