We Are Present, Attentive to Changes Around Us, to Understand the Impact and Collaboration Between Technology and Law
We Are Already Exploring Ways to Use Artificial Intelligence in Our Services, Adapting to Current Needs
Managing Uncertainties Related to a New Lawsuit (Estimating Chances of Success/Loss, Estimated Duration of Resolution, Judicial Costs, Etc.)
Simplifying Legal Work by Generating the First/Initial Versions of Responses and Legal Opinions
Selecting from a Library of Contract Models the Suitable Contract for the Client's Case and Completing it Based on the Information Provided by the Client
Analyzing Text Complexity Based on Reference Indicators, Built in Accordance with the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages
Managing Uncertainties Related to a New Lawsuit (Estimating Chances of Success/Loss, Estimated Duration of Resolution, Judicial Costs, Etc.)
The Model Will Calculate the Chances of Winning/Losing the Case. In Addition, the Legal Wizard Model Will Help in Predicting Other Useful Elements in Preparing the Defense (Principle Decisions Applicable, Cost, Duration of the Process).
Thus, it Can Also Help in the Decision-Making Process Regarding the Constitution of Provisions by Filtering Cases Suitable for Amicable Resolution
Simplification of legal work through the generation of the first versions of responses and legal opinions.
Replies and legal opinions can be drafted from the field in which the model is trained.
The IA Legal Wizard model trained in Romanian, on legal texts and court decisions, will help build the argument structure and generate the response project.
Selection from a library of contract models of the suitable contract for the case presented by the client and completion of this contract based on the information provided by the client.
The IA LegalWizard model trained in Romanian, on legal texts and contract libraries:
- will choose from the library the most suitable contract for the indicated case (here);
- will request information and finalize the contract drafting.
Analysis of text complexity based on reference indicators, built in accordance with the European Common Reference Framework for languages, to verify if a document is constructed in accordance with the requirements of Law no. 232/2022, in a language "easy to understand", which does not exceed the B2 level of European standards.
Documents that include consumer information must be easy to understand (according to Romanian law, which transposes a European standard).
Companies will be able to scientifically evaluate the level of complexity at which information is transmitted to consumers, through the reports generated by the application.
In case they choose to do so, they will be able to adapt the texts to comply with the standard of easy-to-understand language.
The solution has been tested on real banking texts and demonstrates a high correlation with the evaluations of linguistic experts. It produces consistent and reproducible results, accurately detecting elements that exceed the B2 complexity level.
